There's no set up fee and no long-term
contract, and you can cancel at any time.
If you make any sales on your store, you
will have to pay ProServ Successful
Transaction Fees and any fees from third
party payment processing services.
What if I
need technical support?
All ProServ
customers have access to online help and
priority email support. ProServ Business,
Advanced and Enterprise merchants have
access to toll-free phone technical
support.
Can I use my
own domain name for my ProServ Web store?
Yes. With
ProServ Business tier and above, register
a new Web address – or transfer one you
already own – and we'll cover your
annual registration fee for the first
year. Add a dedicated Web address to ProServ
Starter for just $8.95.
Is it
possible to import or convert inventory
from another online store or my retail
store POS
system?
Yes. If your
product catalog and inventory can be
exported from your current store or
offline POS system into a
spreadsheet file, you can then easily
reformat and import the file into your ProServ
Web store.
